    Basketball shoes

    Auteur: Podiatre Montreal

    Looking to buy basketball shoes?

To practice this sporting activity, you need shoes that provide support for the ankle and allow shock absorption. Shoes should fit snugly around the foot and should be replaced before the sole becomes smooth, or before the shoe wears out. A regular basketball shoe should be replaced every two to three months for five days a week. Acrylic socks are recommended to avoid blisters. In addition, basketball shoes should provide excellent support for lateral movements and extra stability to protect against ankle sprains.
